“People come into your life to help you shift into a new and more authentic version of yourself. The most challenging can be your greatest teachers- even if they teach you about what you need to avoid to have a peaceful productive life. Then there are those who magically enter your life with divine synchronicity to help direct you to the fulfillment of your dreams. Today say good bye to the reflection of your shadow in others, and follow the light bringers…magic is afoot, greater than you can imagine.” – Colette Baron-Reid
I saw this quote and I can’t help but smile (and get goose bumps) because it is so true in my life. I grew up not really being one of those young kids with a ton of friends or group of friends and to be honest, it never really bothered me. I knew even back then that I was content with the friends I had. I was also comfortable even back then with people who were older and way more mature than I was. I would spend time with friends my age but I would always be so engrossed being engaged in serious adult conversations and discussions which a lot of times, I would just be listening and paying close attention to what’s being said (just imagine my head turning from one side to the other like I was watching a tennis match).
Little did I know that they were planting seeds in me and that I will be more rooted as I got older because of the wisdom they magically imparted to me. They were my light bringers! They were brought in by divine synchronicity which is now allowing me to fulfill my calling of having a coaching practice that allow others who are ready to make lasting changes in their lives, fulfill the dreams and desires they have always known to be inside of them and yet have not been able to pinpoint. It’s also very exciting that in knowing “me” and being grounded to my own truth, authenticity in every way can’t help but follow and remain in my life.
What about you? Who are your light bringers?
